Our residential window tinting solutions are designed to reduce heat, glare, and UV exposure without compromising natural light or views. Whether you're looking to improve comfort, reduce energy bills, or enhance privacy, we have the perfect film for your home.
Using premium-quality films and professional installation techniques, we ensure a flawless finish that will protect your home for years to come.
Home Window Tinting for Houses, Apartments & Townhouses
Every home window tinting job starts with the glass you have and the problem you want solved. West-facing living rooms that turn into hotboxes each afternoon, bedrooms that need privacy from neighbours, or furniture fading in strong Sydney sun: each calls for a different film. Our ceramic window tint handles heat without darkening rooms, while our UV blocking film protects floors and furnishings with an almost clear finish.
We tint houses, apartments, and townhouses across Sydney, and we are used to working within strata appearance guidelines for multi-dwelling buildings. Not sure which film suits your rooms? Try our tint selector or ask for a free in-home assessment.

Home Window Tinting FAQs
How much does home window tinting cost in Sydney?
Home window tinting is priced per square metre of glass, so the cost depends on the number and size of your windows and the film you choose. Ceramic films cost more than dyed films but last longer and reject far more heat. We measure your windows and provide a free, fixed quote before any work starts.
Which window tint is best for houses?
For most Sydney homes, a nano-ceramic film is the best all-rounder: it rejects up to 70% of solar heat and 99% of UV without making rooms dark or interfering with phone and Wi-Fi signals. If privacy is the priority, a dual-reflective or frosted film may suit better. Our tint selector tool can help you narrow down the options.
Can you tint apartment and townhouse windows?
Yes. We regularly tint apartments and townhouses across Sydney. For strata properties, exterior appearance rules may apply, so check with your body corporate first; many of our films have a neutral look specifically designed to keep strata committees happy.
Does home window tinting work at night?
Daytime privacy films rely on the outside being brighter than the inside, so their one-way effect reduces at night when your lights are on. If night-time privacy matters, we can recommend frosted film or a darker shade for specific rooms.
